Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic practice that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to access the subconscious mind. In this deeply receptive state, we can uncover limiting beliefs, release emotional blockages, and create powerful, lasting change from within. It’s a safe, collaborative process that honors your inner wisdom and healing pace.
Hypnotherapy can support you in a variety of areas, including:
• Releasing anxiety, fear, and emotional overwhelm
• Breaking unwanted habits or patterns
• Increasing self-confidence and self-trust
• Processing grief, trauma, or unresolved emotions
• Gaining clarity around decisions, direction, or purpose
Because it works with the subconscious—the part of the mind that shapes most of our thoughts, behaviors, and reactions—hypnotherapy often creates shifts that feel both gentle and profound.
Virtual sessions are just as effective as in-person, and offer the added comfort of being in your own familiar environment. All you need is a quiet space, a stable internet connection, and a willingness to explore your inner world.
Step 1: Schedule Your 60-Minute Initial Consultation
Your journey begins with a full-length consultation session. Once you book, you’ll receive an intake form to share your background, goals, and any relevant history. During the session, we’ll review your responses together, explore what you’re seeking support with, and begin building the therapeutic relationship. It’s also a space to answer your questions, address any doubts or misconceptions, and agree on a clear, meaningful goal for your hypnotherapy work.
Step 2: Book Your Hypnotherapy Session
Once we’ve laid the groundwork, we’ll schedule your first hypnotherapy session. Each session is fully tailored to your goals and comfort level, using techniques best suited to your needs—such as inner child work, guided imagery, or subconscious suggestion.
Step 3: After the Session
You’ll receive follow-up notes, reflection prompts, or a personalized audio (when applicable) to help you integrate what came through. Optional follow-up support is available if you’d like to continue or deepen the work.
Hydrate: Drink water to help ground and integrate after the session.
Rest if Needed: You may feel relaxed, energized, or emotionally open. Honor how your body feels.
Avoid Overstimulation: Give yourself some quiet time to process. Avoid crowded or chaotic environments if possible.
Journal Your Insights: Not all shifts are immediate. Write down any thoughts, feelings, or dreams that surface in the days that follow.
Gentle Awareness: Notice changes in your thoughts, habits, or emotional responses without judgment.
Be Patient: Hypnotherapy initiates change at a deep level. Results may unfold over time.
Follow-Up: Additional sessions may be recommended for layered or complex issues.
Q: What is hypnotherapy?
A: Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach that uses guided hypnosis to access the subconscious mind, helping to release limiting beliefs, resolve emotional patterns, and support personal growth.
Q: Will I be asleep or unconscious?
A: No. Hypnosis is a deeply relaxed, focused state—not sleep. You're aware of what’s happening and can speak or move at any time.
Q: Can I be made to do something against my will?
A: Absolutely not. You are always in control. Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process, and you can accept or reject any suggestion.
Q: What does a session feel like?
A: Most people feel calm, deeply relaxed, and inwardly focused. Some experience emotional release or vivid imagery. Many feel refreshed afterward.
Q: How many sessions will I need?
A: It depends on your goals. Some issues shift in one session; others may require a series for deeper, layered work.
Q: Can hypnotherapy help with anxiety or trauma?
A: Yes. Hypnotherapy is often used to address anxiety, trauma, limiting beliefs, phobias, and stress-related patterns. It’s a gentle and non-invasive tool for emotional healing.
Q: Is hypnotherapy safe?
A: Yes. It is a safe, time-tested therapeutic method. It is not mind control and has no negative side effects when practiced professionally.
Q: Can it be done online or remotely?
A: Yes. Hypnotherapy is very effective via video sessions. A quiet, private space is all you need to experience the same benefits as in person.
